(b)>>On June 22, 2017, Mr. Robert B. Aiken, Director and member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will resign from the Board effective as of June 23, 2017. Mr. Aiken has served on the Board since 2010. Mr. Aiken did not indicate any disagreement with the Company or management in connection with his resignation. Concurrent with Mr. Aiken’s resignation, the size of the Board was reduced to eight directors.
