XL Group Ltd (the Company) issued a press release on June 22,
2017 in connection with the pricing of 500,000,000 aggregate
principal of Fixed to Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2047
to be issued by XLIT Ltd., the Companys direct, wholly-owned
subsidiary, and guaranteed by the Company. A copy of the press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
