Other Events.

On June 16, 2017, Global Medical REIT Inc. (the Company)
announced the declaration of a cash dividend for the second
quarter of 2017 of $0.20 per share of common stock to
stockholders of record as of June 27, 2017, to be paid on July
10, 2017.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Company issued a press release on June 16, 2017 announcing
the dividend before this report was filed. A copy of the press
release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on
Form 8-K.
