On May 29, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Barracuda Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) completed a review of executive compensation and approved an increase in the annual target bonus of William D. Jenkins, Jr., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to $250,000 for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2018.
