On May9, 2017, Fossil Group,Inc. (the Company) held a conference
call to discuss its results of operations for the first quarter
of fiscal year 2017 (the earnings call). Due to technical
difficulties beyond the control of the Company during the
earnings call, a portion of the audio broadcast was not audible
during the earnings call. As a result, the Company is submitting
a transcript of the earnings call with this Form8-K.
