On May 9, 2017,  Almost Family, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.   Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of such press release.

Almost Family, Inc., along with its subsidiaries, is a provider of home health services. The Company has two divisions, which include Home Health Care and Healthcare Innovations. The Home Health Care division consists of two segments: Visiting Nurse Services (VN or Visiting Nurse) and Personal Care Services (PC or Personal Care). Its VN segment provides a range of Medicare-certified home health nursing services to patients in need of recuperative care, typically following a period of hospitalization or care in an inpatient facility.
