week trial a federal jury has rendered a verdict on all counts in
favor of a wholly owned subsidiary of BBX Capital formerly known
as BankAtlantic Bancorp and Alan B. Levan, BBX Capitals Chairman
and CEO, and against the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission in a case titled In re: Securities and Exchange
Commission v. BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. and Alan B. Levan.

On May8, 2017, a press release was issued announcing the jurys
verdict.
