The 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual
Meeting) of SunCoke Energy, Inc. (the Company) was
held on May4, 2017. At the Annual Meeting, the Companys
stockholders voted on the following matters:
1. On the matter of the election of two directors, Peter B.
Hamilton and James E. Sweetnam, to the class of directors whose
term expires in 2020, the vote was as follows:
