On May2, 2017, Frontier announced that its Board of Directors has
declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Frontiers 11.125%
Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, of $2.78125 per
share, payable on June30, 2017 to holders of record at the close
of business on June15, 2017.The Board of Directors also declared
a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of common
stock, payable on June30, 2017 to holders of record at the close
of business on June15, 2017.

the dividends is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
