William Bossung is qualified to be Company director because she has managed several businesses successfully and thus brings management, organizational, operational and administrative experience to our Board.

The Company’s operations consist of selling of energy in the form of electricity, heat, hot water and cooling to its customers under long-term sales agreements and the sale of professional services to clients that own their own distributed generating and combined heat and power (CHP) plants. It is engaged in the business of purchase and sale of power generation equipment, and in the operation, repair, and maintenance of same, for itself, as well as for other energy facility owners. The Company distributes, owns and operates clean, on-site energy systems that produce electricity, hot water, heat and cooling. The Company offers natural gas powered cogeneration systems. It distributes and operates water chiller systems for building cooling applications.
