On December 19, 2016, Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (the
Company) issued a press release announcing the potential positive
impact to its investment portfolio of a rising interest rate
environment following the Federal Open Market Committees increase
in the federal funds rate target range by 25 basis points. A copy
of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
