Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election
of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of Youngevity
International, Inc. (the Company) appointed Paul Sallwasser and
Kevin Allodi to the Board of Directors (the Board).Each of Mr.
Sallwasser and Mr. Allodi were also appointed to serve on the
Audit Committee of the Board.
Neither Messrs. Sallwasser nor Allodi were selected as a director
to any arrangements or understandings with the Company or with
any other person.Additionally, there have been no transactions
involving Messrs. Sallwasser and Allodi that would require
disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
On June 5, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing
the appointment of Messrs. Sallwasser and Allodi as directors of
the Company. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit
99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
