On June 21 Xplore Technologies Corp. announced that Brian E. Usher-Jones informed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) that after more than twenty years of service, he would decline to stand for reelection to the Board of Directors at the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Usher-Jones will continue to serve on the Board of Directors until his replacement is identified and duly appointed or elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Usher-Jones’ decision was not because of his disagreement with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
