On October 7, 2019, the Steel Processing segment of Worthington Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired the Cleveland, Ohio-based operating assets of Heidtman Steel Products, Inc., expanding the Company’s pickling and slitting capabilities. The purchase price was approximately $29.6 million.
