On May 15, 2017, Wolverine Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) held its
Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting,
stockholders considered and voted on the following matters, which
are described in detail in the Companys Proxy Statement filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2017.
