On August 21, 2017, WMIH Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that the Finance Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors has retained Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (“KBW”) to provide certain financial advisory services in connection with the Finance Committee’s mandate to review the Company’s capital structure and potential financing alternatives. The Company’s press release announcing the retention of KBW is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
