On April 22, 2019, Darryl R. Marsch, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Wingstop Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intends to retire effective June 14, 2019. Mr. Marsch’s retirement is not the result of any material disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
