On April 17, 2017, Whirlpool Corporation (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors
approved an increase in the Companys quarterly dividend from $1.00
per share to $1.10 per share, effective for the dividend payable on
June 15, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on
May 19, 2017.
