OnSeptember19, 2017, David T. Szczupak, Whirlpool Corporation’s Executive Vice President, Global Product Organization, announced his plan to retire from the company in the first quarter of 2018 after 10 years of service to the company. Mr. Szczupak will transition the responsibilities of his current role effective in the fourth quarter in 2017, and remain actively engaged on special projects through his retirement.
