Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the Company) prepared
an investor presentation (the Investor Presentation) that the
Company plans to host on its website beginning on March17, 2017.
In addition, the Company intends to use the Investor Presentation
at various investor meetings beginning on April6, 2017. The
Investor Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Current
Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
