OnFebruary 6, 2019,Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will issue its financial results for the 2018 fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018 on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, after the close of trading. The Company will discuss these results in a conference call the following morning, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
