Voltari Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 14, 2018 (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, stockholders voted on the following proposals and cast their votes as described below.

Proposal No. 1.

Election of Directors. The stockholders elected all of the Board’s nominees for director, to serve until the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.

Voltari Corporation is engaged in the business of acquiring, financing and leasing commercial real properties. The Company owns approximately one commercial real property in Long Branch, New Jersey, which it leases to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Chase) pursuant to a triple net lease (the Long Branch Lease).
