On November 30, 2018, D. Barry Lee, who has served the company as its Chief Financial Officer, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Lee will maintain his role of Chief Financial Officer and member of the Audit Committee, as well as, serving on the Board.
