(b) Departure of Jason Reiser

On June 17, 2017, Jason Reiser, the Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer of Vitamin Shoppe, Inc. (the “Company”), tendered his resignation to the Company. Mr. Reiser resigned from his position at the Company in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Reiser’s decision was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
