incorporated by reference herein (the Investor Presentation). The
Investor Presentation contains certain information about the
Companys results of operations and financial condition as of
March31, 2017 as well as supplemental information regarding the
proposed Acquisition. The Company undertakes no obligation to
update, supplement or amend the materials attached hereto as

Holdings, Inc. (KCG) to announce that it entered into a
definitive agreement to acquire KCG Holdings, Inc. (the
