On July 14, 2017, VerifyMe, Inc. (the “Company”) elected as members of the board of directors Howard Goldberg, 71; Paul Klapper, 78; Laurence J. Blickman, 64; Marshall S. Geller, 78; and Patrick White, 64, to serve as directors of the Company.
Mr. Goldberg was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Company. Mr. White presently serves as a consultant to the Company.
