(b) Effective December 31, 2018, Vanessa K. Brown, Senior Vice President – Human Resources of Valmont Industries, Inc., retired from her position with the company. Valmont has named Mitch Parnell, previously Vice President of Human Resources for Valmont’s Engineered Support Structures business segment, as Valmont’s Senior Vice President – Human Resources, effective January 1, 2019.
