On December 12, 2017, Unisys Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has elected President and CEO Peter Altabef as Chairman of the Board and Nathaniel Davis as Independent Lead Director. Both appointments are effective April 26, 2018. Mr. Altabef will also continue to serve Unisys as president and CEO.
