Gerstein as Executive Vice President, Global Branded Premium Value-Added Products and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, effective as of August14, 2017; (ii)the appointment of John Vegas as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, effective as of August21, 2017; and (iii)the promotion of Mark McNeill to Executive Vice President, Global Innovation of the Company, effective as of August4, 2017.
