On October24, 2017, in the same press release noted in Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) declared a dividend of $0.275 per share (which is an increase of $0.02 per share over the dividend declared in the second quarter of 2017), that is payable January2, 2018 to shareholders of record of the Company at the close of business on December8, 2017. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and the information is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
