On July 12, 2018, Tyson Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Curt T. Calaway, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, will transition from the role of Chief Accounting Officer and assume the role of Senior Vice President Finance and Treasurer. Until the search for a new Chief Accounting Officer has been completed and a successor has been named, Mr. Calaway will continue to serve in his role as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.
