On December 31, 2016, Donnie Smith resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Tyson Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of the Company’s board of directors. Effective the same date, Tom Hayes became the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and now holds the title of President and Chief Executive Officer.
