On April 9, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Trupanion, Inc. (the “Company”) approved changes to the compensation of certain Company officers, including Darryl Rawlings, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Effective April 1, 2017, Mr. Rawlings’ target bonus percentage was decreased from 50% to 20%.
