On August21, 2017, Trovagene,Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing compelling results of preclinical research of PCM-075 with a Histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor in Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) cell lines. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit99.1 to this Form8-K.
