Effective March 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tredegar Corporation ( the “Company”) adopted an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws (the “Bylaws”). The amendment revises Article I, Section 1 of the Bylaws to expressly permit the Company to hold shareholder meetings solely by means of remote communication as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion. The full text of the Bylaws, as amended, is attached as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
