On April 24, 2018, TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG) completed the acquisition of Extant Components Group Holdings, Inc. ("Extant"), a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus LLC, for approximately $525 million in cash. The execution of the purchase agreement relating to the acquisition of Extant was previously reported on Form 8-K filed on March 19, 2018.
