On July 24, 2017, TOR Minerals International, Inc. (Nasdaq: TORM), a global producer of high performance specialty mineral, announced today that the company plans to release results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2017, after the Market closes on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Olaf Karasch, President and CEO, will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern, 4:00 p.m. Central, that day to discuss the company's results.

TOR Minerals International, Inc. is a manufacturer and seller of mineral products for use as pigments and extenders, primarily in the manufacture of paints, industrial coatings plastics, and solid surface applications.
