On May 2, 2017, as permitted by the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Titan Energy, LLC (the “Company”), GSO Capital Partners LP (“GSO”) designated Steven J. Pully as a Class B director of the Company. Mr. Pully will replace Michael Zawadzki, who resigned from his seat as a Class B director of the Company. Mr. Pully will serve on the Company’s Audit Committee and the Conflicts Committee. Mr. Zawadzki’s departure was not related to any disagreements with the Company or its management.
