On June 3, 2017, TG Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive results from its Phase 3 GENUINE trial of TG-1101 (ublituximab) plus ibrutinib in patients with previously treated high risk Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) presented in an oral session during the 53rd American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL. On June 5, 2017, the Company announced updated clinical data from its ongoing Phase I/Ib trial of TG-1101 (ublituximab) in combination with TGR-1202 (umbralisib) in patients with CLL and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL) presented during the 53rd ASCO Annual Meeting.
