TETRA Technologies, Inc.’s partially-owned, consolidated subsidiary, CSI Compressco LP, announced on June 12, 2020 that it successfully closed both its previously announced (i) debt exchange offer and consent solicitation and (ii) the second amendment to its assets-based credit agreement.
