TEMPUR SEALY INTERNATIONAL, INC. (NYSE:TPX) Files An 8-K Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 18, 2019, Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (the \”Company\”) issued a press release (the \”Press Release\”) announcing it had entered into a supply agreement on June 17, 2019 with Mattress Firm, Inc. (\”Mattress Firm\”) to reintroduce Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster and Sealy branded products to the more than 2,500 Mattress Firm stores across the United States. In addition, the Company announced it has recently expanded its long-term supply agreement with Big Lots, Inc., a 1,400-store retailer, and, as previously announced, extended its European retail distribution network by reaching a supply agreement with Beter Bed Holding N.V. , one of Europe\’s leading bedding and manufacturing retailers. On June 17, 2019, the Company, through two of its subsidiaries, entered into a non-exclusive supply agreement, on customary terms and conditions, with Mattress Firm (the \”Agreement\”) whereby Mattress Firm became an authorized retailer of Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster and Sealy branded bedding products, including mattresses, bases and pillows, for the promotion and sale of such products through Mattress Firm\’s retail stores and website in the United States.>
