On August 8, 2017, Richard B. Gold resigned as a director of Telenav, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Gold’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
