On March 5, 2018, Richard A. Zona notified TCF Financial Corporation (“TCF”) that he will not stand for re-election, and will retire from TCF’s Board of Directors effective upon the expiration of his current term immediately prior to TCF’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 25, 2018.
