Holmdel Pharmaceuticals LP Sale of InnoPran XL
On February 23, 2017, Holmdel Pharmaceuticals, LP sold
substantially all of its assets, which primarily included the
U.S. marketing authorization rights to InnoPran XL to ANI
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SWK HP Holdings GP LLC, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of SWK Holdings Corporation, received net proceeds
from the transaction of approximately $8.0 million.
