On May 2, 2017, Swift Energy Company (the Company) issued a press
release announcing, effective May 5, 2017, the Company will
change its name to SilverBow Resources, Inc. and begin trading on
the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SBOW. The
Company also announced an updated full year 2017 capital
expenditure budget and revised its guidance for second quarter
and full year 2017. A copy of the press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
