On September 16, 2019, StoneMor Partners L.P. (StoneMor or the Partnership) issued a press release to announce that it has set 5:00 p.m. New York City time on September 26, 2019 as the record date for its previously-announced rights offering. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
