Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 1, 2019, Stifel Financial Corp. (“Stifel”) reported its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
