Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 21, 2017, Stifel Financial Corp. (the Company) will be
meeting with institutional investors. On June 22, 2017, Ronald J.
Kruszewski, Chairman and CEO, is scheduled to present at 8:45
a.m. Eastern time and meet with institutional investors during
the day at the JMP Securities Financial Services Real Estate
Conference at The St. Regis New York in New York City.

The investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and
is incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the investor
presentation, as well as a link to the live audio webcast, will
be available on the Investor Relations section of the Companys
web site at www.stifel.com. For those who cannot listen to
the live broadcast, a replay of the broadcast will be available
through the above-referenced website following the completion of
the presentation for a period of 14 days.
