On April 21, 2017, Stifel Financial Corp, (the Company or
Stifel) announced that the Board of Directors appointed
David Peacock as Director of the Company effective as of
Stifels 2017 annual meeting, which is scheduled for June
6, 2017. Mr. Peacock has not yet been appointed to any
committees of the Board of Directors.

Peacock is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
