prevailed in its bid to acquire select assets of Gordmans Stores,
Inc. through a bankruptcy auction. The transaction is subject to
the approval of the court administering the Gordmans bankruptcy
and customary closing conditions. Attached as Exhibit 99 to this
Form 8-K is a copy of the news release.
